CJ&S’ assistance to clients is available beyond the acquisition process.

Occasionally subsequent to a client acquiring a superyacht, circumstances may change.

CJ&S has experience assisting and supporting clients in all aspects of change that may arise, commonly, making the superyacht available for charter and the consequential effects, re-financing the superyacht, partial or full terminations and sale, changes to the yacht’s registration, changes to the management or operator of the yacht, or simply the refit of an exisiting superyacht.
